I really liked how well-kept this place was and how friendly the staff were at the front desk 😊. the location of the hotel was awesome, quite close to the City Gates, making it super convenient to explore around....  

Rooms here come equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, and a terrace/balcony for some fresh air and outdoor chill 🌞.

Modern rooms, extremely comfy bed. Marvellous location near airport with private parking if needed. Also - adjacent to the marina where there are ample boat trips for swimming with dolphins, Sao Miguel, and the Church...  

The hotel is located relatively centrally and is very well and generously equipped. In the bar even German football was broadcast. Civilian prices. Highly recommended for a stay in Ponta Delgada.

No criticism. The way to the swimming pool is not so easy to find. So additional signs could be useful

We got a room with a sauna. Liked the nice decor of the room. The hotel's location was magnificent, close to the center, Also very close to the Church of Santo Cristo and the reception, bar, restaurant. Furthermore,...  

The room was spacious and quiet, overlooking the garden and balconies. the overall experience was very pleasant. - the hotel's location was excellent, close to downtown in a comfortable area. - Enjoying delicious drinks at the pool bar was a great experience.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The house has a very pleasant atmosphere, the interior "Japanese garden" (or Chinese??) is very pretty. The breakfast is very varied, we especially liked the fresh pineapple from S. Miguel and the "bolo levedo".

Good facilities, great rooms, great location. One is within 5 minutes walking distance in the centre... Top breakfast

The spa (sauna, steam bath) is a bit outdated and still in need of expansion. . But you don't need it on the Azores :)

The staff were patient and the twin room was silent with a balcony and a Nespresso machine. the hotel features nice views of gardens and is in an incredible location not far from downtown Ponta Delgada. - A short walk away from the hotel, Sweetcup is a great place for lunch.

Very hospitable staff. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is rich and very good. Thank you to the hotel staff and to the cleaning staff. Very nice outside facilities. With pleasure again.

I loved my stay in the single room with a balcony. It had great facilities including a minibar, an electronic key card, and a work desk. the staff was competent, efficient, and responded promptly to requests.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the airport and the city center, hiking and the gardens. We truly enjoyed large and delicious breakfast with regular refill, offered by the property...

Good location between airport and city centre. City centre can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Large room with TV, WLAN, private bathroom with bathtub and a small balcony. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and a small fitness area available. Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Good view into the courtyard from the restaurant. In summer certainly nice outdoor area with pool.

All in all rather old-fashioned furnished, the corridor could be better ventilated, under the bed should be cleaned more often.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and modern room they gave me, complete with lovely decorations and two private bathrooms, and the staff were quick during check-in and very helpful throughout my stay.
